BECOME AN USHER / VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are special to us because we could not bring the READY TO WIN conferences to you FREE without them. If you are interested in serving as an usher, we would love to hear from you. To sign up for volunteering, click here.
On May 22-23 at The Special Events Center in Garland (4999 Naaman Forest Blvd.). The first session will be Friday Morning at 9 am, Friday night’s session will be at 7 pm, and Saturday Morning begins at 9 am. The following is a list of benefits and requirements for serving as an usher.
BENEFITS
- Each volunteer will be given two reserved seats for each session--one for you and a guest.
- Each volunteer will be invited to the exclusive Book Signing with Thelma after the close of the Saturday session.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must volunteer for every session.
- You are required to attend a training session on theThursday morning before the conference from 10 am until noon.
- You will need to arrive at the conference 1½ hours before each session.
- You must be willing and able to serve wherever you are needed and positioned. We are not able to accommodate requests for specific locations to serve.
- You must be able to be on your feet, do a lot of walking and climb stairs. Your responsibilities will include assisting people with seating, collecting the offerings, and passing out any handouts or brochures during the sessions.
- The dress code is business casual.

Approximately two weeks before the conference, those accepted to volunteer will receive an email confirmation, including instructions about the training session and other important information.
